SHIPPING TIMES
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Express orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ET (9:00 a.m. PT) will be shipped the same day. Express orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET (9:00 a.m. PT) will ship the following business day. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. NO order cancellations or modifications are allowed after order has been placed.
You may select from Standard Shipping (5-8 business days), Priority Shipping (4-5 business days), or Express Shipping (2-4 business days). Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
We use USPS for domestic orders. Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Walsh Style Haus will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
RETURN POLICY
Our goal at Walsh Style Haus is for you to love every piece you order but we know that returns happen. So we hope this makes it a simple process for you.
What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached and) within 14 days of delivery, for store credit only. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Returns are for store credit ONLY! Mail in returns will incur a $6 shipping label fee, that will be deducted from your store credit.
For transparency: Store Credit is processed for the item cost only. The initial shipping fee is not reimbursed.
If any returns do not meet the requirements listed above, our amazing customer service team will contact you via email or phone. For any questions, please contact walshstylehaus@gmail.com
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We ask that you please include photos of any damage to expedite the process. We do our very best to accurately depict the correct colors of our clothing but colors may vary due to photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify for defects but you most certainly can still return them.
